I converted a PPT to Storyline and I am now trying to publish it. It's stuck on encoding. No error but not moving forward from encoding 5qkz6QZMMeF.hls...

The encoding process did take about 15-30min before publishing. That being said, I have a few follow-up questions regarding how you are publishing the file:
Are you publishing locally (i.e. to your C: drive)?
Have you recently rebooted your computer? (Windows can be in a strange state if left running for too long.)
Finally, please feel free to share your .story file with us in this thread or privately in a support case. I'd like to take a closer look and try and replicate this on my end.
Oh thank you - we just figured it out! The snag occurred as there was a large set of embedded videos. I did not realize that and why it took forever to upload and then publish. I even assumed that I looped the storyline. But its the embedded videos.
