Access File on iOS Device via LMS

We're doing some testing of the Articulate Mobile App today and ran into some snags. Our files are loaded onto a Moodle LMS. Here's the jist of our test:
- Mobile App recognizes that a file was published with the mobile settings but won't open the file because we're launching it from a secure website.
- Articulate tutorials suggest publishing to HTML5, but not checking the mobile app box. This should force the Safari browser on the iOS device to open the HTML version of the file.
- The updated file doesn't force Safari to open the HTML5 version. It just stalls out when we attempt to open it.
I understand that we could launch the file from a non-secure website. However, we need to provide our client with data tracking options. Has anyone had success with the HTML5 workaround? If not, is our only option to use Articulate Online to track user data?

Hi Maggie
I'm not sure why the HTML5 publish wouldn't be working for you. You may want to ensure that Private Browsing is turned off. If you still can't seem to access it, are you able to share the file with us so we can test it out on our end?
Thanks, Maggie!
I tested this on a different iPad and it loaded. However, the HTML5 version doesn't open in a new browser window even though the Moodle settings indicate this should be the case. Any ideas?
Hey Maggie!
Did you select the "Launch player in new window" option within your Storyline player as well? If it's not working after that, you may also want to try testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side. If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
Thanks, Maggie
