Access issue

Hi all,

I am currently having an issue accessign Articulate, receiving an error message stating that "the application has failed to start because it's side-by-side configuration is incorrect."

Can anyone shed any light on what this means and how I overcome it? I have been using storyline fine for several weeks and hadn't done anything differently prior to receiving this message

I'm sorry to hear about the odd error message - based on a much earlier thread where the user saw the same message, it seems to have been associated with a virus on the users computer.

Are you able to connect with your IT team to see if they can look into viruses or issues with your computer?
