Accessibility Tab Order Issue

Happy to investigate this with you. It sounds like the tab order works incorrectly after you fail the quiz twice, is that right? Tell me more about what's happening--how does the Tab Order change?

Thanks for looking into this matter!

Sharing a video with you, I have attempted assessment twice in this, you will notice that tab order works fine first time, and second time it goes only on two elements on screen and leaving next two elements.

Thanks so much for the video! That's really helpful. I'm curious, is the 'Retake Assessment' button located on the base layer, or on a slide layer?

Also, what version of Storyline are you using?

Retake Assessment button is located on the slide layer. And I'm using Storyline 360, version- v3.16.15842.0
