After failing the assessment second time tab order is not working fine and it was working perfecting fine at the first time. Please suggest me what can be done to resolve this issue.
Happy to investigate this with you. It sounds like the tab order works incorrectly after you fail the quiz twice, is that right? Tell me more about what's happening--how does the Tab Order change?
If you can share a Peek video of the problem you're seeing, that would be even better. I'll be standing by!
Sharing a video with you, I have attempted assessment twice in this, you will notice that tab order works fine first time, and second time it goes only on two elements on screen and leaving next two elements.
I see you also shared a couple of screen recordings in this discussion, and my colleague Ashely let you know that this is an issue we're tackling in Storyline 360.

Hi Alyssa,
Thanks for looking into this matter!

Hi Srishti!
Thanks so much for the video! That's really helpful. I'm curious, is the 'Retake Assessment' button located on the base layer, or on a slide layer?
Also, what version of Storyline are you using?
Hi Alyssa,
Retake Assessment button is located on the slide layer. And I'm using Storyline 360, version- v3.16.15842.0
Thanks so much, Srishti.
