I've built a progress bar where the state of an object changes when learners complete a section. It's only visual, so it's not accessible to those who can't see it. Is there a way to make the alt text change with the state? Or to add audio to a state? Then, when they tab to it, it says either "complete" or "incomplete" based on the state (or on the same variable that changes the state)?
How about adding 2 Progress bar for "Complete" and "Incomplete" with matching Alt Text and Hide them both by default. On timeline starts, add a trigger to show these objects based on the result. If Complete, show "Complete" object, else show "Incomplete". You don't need states either.

Hi Jean,
You have the right idea! You can add alt-text to an object's states. Here's how:
Here's a quick video of those steps in action!
Perfect! That should do the trick. Thanks so much.
