Some of my clients would like to access the Storyline courses I have created for them already in ipad and Android tablet. How can they do this? The client who is using the tablet seems to be losing some functionality such as drag and drop, animations etc? Thank you.
Thank you for your response. What specific functions are supported in Android in HTML5? We are trying to run the files from our LMS since they are proprietary. Therefore we cannot use the ipad app. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
We don't support any specific functions with the Android platform, we just know that particular things have worked although since we don't support it we don't keep a documentation of it. If the Android platform is something you'd like to see us support you can always submit a Feature request for it.

Hi Noureen,
Although some things may work in Android, it is not something Articulate supports.
For the iPad, you can publish so that users may access it via HTML5 or our iPad app. Functionality can vary for certain things based on if they're viewing the course in Flash, HTML5, or Mobile player.

It's amazing that a year later, we still don't have Android support, and we're still getting the same generic answer from staff...
Hello,
Quick question...is it still the case that Android is not supported by Articulate?
Thanks in advance,
Michael
Hi Michael,
Storyline 2 supports Android as detailed here:
HTML5
Apple iOS Articulate Mobile Player in Apple iOS 7 or later on iPadAndroid OS
Articulate Mobile Player in Android OS 4.1 or later (optimized for tablets)
HI Ashley,
Thanks Ashley, I will have a look at this later and try and figure it out. I may be back with more questions knowing me :)
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, really appreciate it.
Michael
No problem Michael and you may also want to review the information here on publishing for HTML5 or mobile devices.
