Accessing the Training Deck globally

Hi,
We are creating a training deck using Storyline for our new environment. This new environment, is currently live across different countries and regions; approximately in 40 countries. We want to train our 2000+ associates using the training deck. We will upload the training deck in our corporate intranet.
We want all of them to access the training at the same time. Is it possible to access the training at the same time across the globe for all the 2000+ associates? Will they face any lag?
Also, if we want to track their performance on TEST scenarios, and we would like to get the results through mail...how can we implement that?

Hi Jay and welcome to Heroes!
Any lag or delay in accessing the content will be something you'd want to talk with your IT team about, as it's not controlled by the Storyline file itself. Storyline will preload content to help make playback as smooth as possible as described here.
We don't support emailing quiz results, but there may be community members who could share methods they've created here with you.
