We are trying to create a training deck for our company. We have finished with the content. In the content, in few of the screens we have added few hyperlinks to access the new environment; to send mail to particular team in case of error/troubleshoot.
When we published the entire training deck, we are able to click on the hyperlink but it is not opening the environment or the mail window. Though we have correctly linked the hyperlink with the web address.
