Attaching HTML form

Apr 24, 2014

Hi,

We are creating a Training Deck using Articulate Storyline. We want to capture the details of the user such as their NAME, MAIL ID, Feedback about the training deck and Queries if any. For this, we have already created a form in HTML.

Currently the form is created in a local system. We have created a button in Storyline content to access the form. In preview mode or after publishing the training deck, we can see the link/button which is clickable, but it dose not showing the form. Can you please suggest what are we doing wrong?

Hi Jay,

When testing your published output you'll want to test within the intended publish environment as testing it locally could cause you to encounter security restrictions.  I don't believe I've seen a lot of courses set up with local HTML files linked, but if you continue to run into difficulty after testing within the intended environment you may want to look at use a site such as Google forms to embed that within your course as a web object.
