Action fine tuning - deleting a part of slide?

Hi,
is it possible and how to edit and delete a part of the video inside of articulate using action fine tuning method?
Basically I want to delete a huge delay in software application recording with action tuning method or some other way. I have a video long 3 minutes and in the middle of this video I have like 20 seconds of blank screen because there was a 20 seconds long period of loading the page.
I want to delete this 20 seconds part since it is not useful and helpful to the learners.
If anybody would know the solution I would be very glad.

Hi Misko and welcome to heroes!
If you've used the Screen recording functions of Storyline you could certainly use the action fine tuning as described here to crop out a part of a video. If the video was created in another method and inserted into Storyline, you can use the editing elements described here.
