Active hyperlink does not work - Articulate

Hello,

I am having an issue with hyperlinks in Storyline. Some links work and some links open up to an error page. I've tested out each link by just copying and pasting directly into a search bar and they work completely fine. However, when hyperlinked they do not work even though the web address is correct and functioning.

I have linked a screenshot of the error code.

Hello Kayla! I would be happy to help you resolve the issue you are having with some of your hyperlinks not working in Storyline.

Are you publishing to your local hard drive (typically your C: drive)?
- Create, Edit, and Publish Projects on Your Local Hard Drive
Are you viewing the content in the environment it was published for?
- Host Published Courses Online
