Adding a Post-Quiz Review Custom Slide Layer

Jan 07, 2014

Hi,

I can't seem to find any documentation on how to do this; I'm in edit mode in the quiz slide and have set up the correct/incorrect layers, but and not seeing how to modify the Post-Quiz Review layer.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hi PJ and welcome to Heroes!

You can modify the Post-Quiz Review layer using the steps outlined here. It is not automatically generated for the purposes of editing unless you place content within that section in the Edit mode of the quiz questions, but if you enable the "Review" from you're results slide you'll see the Correct/Incorrect banners regardless.

Oh dear, well I've tried to find the answer but I'm stuck now.

I have the obligatory end of quiz test in my project and "allow user to review quiz and Show correct/incorrect when reviewing" checked in the results slide options box.

However, when the user reviews, and goes through the answers, on the last question the Next button does nothing.  Previous takes them back to the previous question but Next leaves them on the last question review screen and I can't see how to get to it to edit/set up?

My apologies if this is basic!

Aaargh, well that fixed the original problem but (and I'm not sure if I already had this problem and hadn't noticed it, but)......

The review part - basically, when I review, the answers show the incorrect banner even when they're right.  I checked some other forum and one suggested turning all the quiz slides to "resume saved state" - I did, same problem.  Another suggested "automatically decide" - again, I did, same problem..... When I retake the test again, everything is apparently incorrect according to a second review.

Oh, and the certificate, which works on a %age variable score, seems to produce it's own scores, sometimes adding the previous percentage and the next attempt (although I was thrilled to score 150% on my second attempt, I suspect this is wrong lol)

I may be posting in the wrong place and so please let me know if I should raise this as a support case?

I've trimmed the story to just the quiz/certificate section and attached it but would appreciate any help!

Many thanks, Dave
