I have downloaded character files and they don't show up in my storyline characters. Looking through the files I see that the current characters in use have a .apc extension. All the additional characters have a .jpg or .png extension. Is there a way I can convert them to .apc files so I can add them to the storyline file?
The .apc files is actually a zip file that contains individual images of the body and head of the characters along with a spreadsheet of each file. Renaming your JPG or PNG files won't work.
Thanks for clarifying. They're designed to be images that you could insert, but they won't appear as a part of the "Insert Characters" tab. So you will have to use the normal "insert picture or image" option.

Hi Dan,
Are you using the built in characters or a set of custom characters you purchased somewhere else?
They were free downloads I took from the E-Learning Hero's examples that are sent out every week or so.
Thank you,
Hi Dan,

Hope that helps!
Thanks Ashley, I appreciate your time!!
