Hi, Trish: For this type of information, it's common to create a custom tab on the player called "Company Policies" or (whatever) and then lightbox a slide that has the appropriate links. Having it on the player tab makes it available at any time in the course, which might be kinda cool for this information. Jeanette Brooks does a screenr on this, if you are interested. Anyway...
