Storyline has an Optimize Audio Volume feature that balances audio throughout your course for consistent volume across all slides. Check it out: Storyline 360 and Storyline 3: Audio Quality Settings for Recorded Narration In the Publish window, click Quality and then check the Optimize Audio Volume box: Let me know if that helps!
