Good morning community! I am an admin for our company account and I have a question about viewing my teams' work. While I can add and remove team members from the dashboard, I am unable to go into their account and view their source docs in progress. I know that I can view published output. But, I'm looking specifically to view their work in progress. How do I do that?
As the Account Owner, or Primary Admin, you have the ability to buy seats, and manage all users, groups, and admins for the whole team. You can also create e-learning courses since you've been assigned a seat.
One idea is to have the user periodically publish their course for Review 360, and share the link with you. You'll be able to leave comments with your feedback if you wish. Additionally, each time the user updates their course and publishes to Review, they'll have the option to Create a new item or Publish a new version of an existing item.

We recommend that users create and save their Storyline project on their local hard drive since working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior. So, you currently can't access a user's project file from the Admin dashboard, as they'll have to share the course with you.
