After publishing cannot rename folder (locked)

Since installing the March Storyline3 update, I cannot rename the output folder.

I get 'this action can’t be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program'.

Do not know if it's from the Storyline update or from a Windows UPDATE.

If anyone is getting this please let me know.

Into what directory do you publish your output? We always recommend publishing locally to your C: drive and then copying your file elsewhere if you need to.
Do you have media or web object content that is embedded in your Storyline project but also open in another place on your desktop? Typically, Storyline stores a copy of that content in the output, but I'm wondering if something is not working properly there.
Is any other auto-recovery or file backup software running in the background?
