AICC not reporting to LMS on some courses - urgent!

We have a client that uploaded 3 AICC courses we designed to their lms. 2 work fine, but one does not report. Can not figure out why.
We uploaded it to Scorm Cloud and the reportage says:
Completion: complete
Success: passed
Score: 100.00 %
So does this mean that our course is okay and that the problem is with their LMS? If so, do they need to contact a support person with their lms company to figure out what's going on?
Also, we sent them the end quiz only and it uploaded to the lms and reported fine. When we added the course back to it, the quiz does not report. Perplexed.

Hi Nancy - I would highly recommend getting in contact with their LMS team instead. They may have some requirements that are not being met. I would show your client the Scorm Cloud page as well. I've gone through this in the past, it's no fun! But working with the LMS team is always what it came down to.

If you are unable to replicate the issue within SCORM Cloud, I would advise to follow up with the LMS team as well.
