Align Cue Points working sporadically

Hello!

  I create my text boxes and then record my audio.  When I create cue points to align my text boxes (not a group, individual text boxes) with the audio and try to "align to cue point", it does not work all the time.  I end up having to re-position the text box in the timeline manually to the cue point.

  This is not the end of the world, but it's a bit of a time waster.

  Any thoughts on the matter?

FYI - I am using Storyline 3 and this has happened in a few projects.  It seems to work if I close out Storyline and reopen, but that's a bit of a time waster as well.
