Aligning answers to middle

Hi, Jordan -- Thanks for reaching out! Apologies if I am not understanding properly, but I am not aware of a way to autoformat questions imported from Excel. May I ask if you have had a chance to take a look at the information here for Using the Paragraph Formatting Options?

What update of Storyline 2 are you using? We're currently on update 10.  I know there are existing issues with Paragraph spacing on slide masters that we've reported to our QA team, but the alignment was something that held on the slide masters to the individual slides. 

Have you checked all the other text box preferences associated with that box? Are you seeing it on other slide masters or just the question type one? Are you able to share a copy of the .story file with us here?

I am currently running update 10. When I create/import a new question using the master slide layout all the answers appear in my master slide text box which is good.

I am trying to force the answers to align to the middle of the page rather than to align to the top of this text box. I have changed the text box properties so that the text should align to the middle of this box, however because the answers aren't strictly text the only way I can find to align these is to move the options manually.

Hi, Jordan -- Thanks for sharing your file, and apologies, but I am not aware of another option to format the text boxes as you have described other than to do so manually. Perhaps others will have some additional ideas to share to assist you further. 

And Jordan, I also wanted to let you know that I can confirm the difficulties you have reported with your text box alignment preference not holding from the Slide Master, so I am going to submit a ticket to our QA team for further investigation. And while I do not have a workaround or a timeframe to share in which this may be addressed, any additional updates I receive will be shared here at that time.
