Hello Ny! I would also ask to see the .story file, or a screenshot even, to understand what you're seeing.
How do you save your file; does it go to your local C: drive? Do you use a shared drive? Also, what happens if you insert a new text box? Can you insert these slides into a new file, and will that resolve the behavior?
