I can't see how that's possible as IME it's the LMS that manages access to any particular course. No doubt some LMS' could be customised to achieve this but I can't think why.
To let only one person take the training at a time as per the agreement with the third party who provided the material. I did not think it was possible to do so from Articulate, but my LMS team wanted me to ask. Thank you for your quick response.
Really, only one person at a time is permitted to take the course? Not heard that one before. Do you mind me asking what that achieves for those involved?

What are you trying to accomplish?
