Always Resume Setting Not Working in LMS

Hello,

I'd like for my users who restart the module in my LMS to be able to resume from where they were in the module when they closed out.

I've tried publishing my module with the settings as "Always Resume" with and without the "When running in LMS, ignore Flash cookie" box checked. However, I get the same response- the module restarts from the first slide, no matter where the user was when they exited.

We are going to try this in an open LMS program, but are there any other suggestions as to what we could try?

Hi,

Are you publishing the content as SCORM or Tin Can? Are you loading the content into your LMS? Does your LMS support these specifications?

We are publishing as SCORM and loading the content into our LMS. Our LMS
supports those specifications.

Try the package in SCORM Cloud and see if it works there. That should help you to diagnose if it's an LMS issue.
