Hi... I'm experiencing this issue. I have created a simple "popup" layer. with a web object and a close button that hides the layer when pressed (instead of lightbox, which isn't customizeable). That works fine on my desktop, but on my iPad (iOS 8.1, articulate mobile player), the web object remains visible when the the popup layer is being closed.
Is this a known issue?
Lightboxing web objects works fine, but are just too small on iPads.
Yes, this is a known issue Bjarne. I reported this a few weeks ago and Support was able to duplicate the problem. My workaround was to create separate slides in a separate scene in lieu of layers and navigate back and forth. Not ideal but it accomplished my project's needs.
Thanks - I really hope this gets fixed. Lightboxes are too limited, and creating separate slides causes the video playing on the base layer to start over when returning.
Thanks Steve for sharing that information here. Bjarne, I've added this thread to the existing report filed with our QA team regarding Steve's issue so that when there is additional information to share we'll be able to update you here as well.
