I am using a video in my project and need to redact some customer information. I am hoping that there is a way that I can anchor an object (like a rectangle) to a point in my video that will move as the video scrolls down the page. Is Storyline 3 capable of this?
Here is another discussion where folks are brainstorming on how to achieve this. Storyline's video editor currently does not have a function to redact information on video files directly, but hopefully a third-party video tool can help.
