I created a course in storyline and now I am trying to get it to play on my Android tablet. It opens a blank page. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong, I am on a tight time frame to figure out if we like this product. Thanks!
Can you tell us a little more about how you published the course? And what version of Android the tablet is running? If you can attach a screenshot or two, that would be helpful also. Or if you'd like to send your .story file to our support team, they'll be happy to test it on their end and help you get it running on yours. Thanks!
I have a similar problem. I created some SCORM courses in Storyline 1, and all of them works perfectly using Chrome in a PC and them register well on a Moodle platform.
Now, I am trying to get it to play on an Android Tablet (SAMSUNG TAB4) because my client have these tablets now in all of his shops for workers learning.
The courses open perfectly but the interactions (arrows and buttons) don´t work.
May I have to save the Project in a special mode to get that the courses work in a Tablet?
Storyline 1 content may work on some Android devices. However, Articulate does not officially support Android devices or browsers (in Storyline 1). Click here to review the system requirements for authoring and viewing Storyline 1 content.
