I got a looping animated GIF working flawlessly, but when it plays within Storyline, the color shifts for a frame or two every fifteen seconds. The original file does not suffer from this color shift.
Any ideas what may be causing this? I apologize, but I am unable to post image/project. It is 30 seconds long at 30 fps, if that helps at all.
Also, could you tell me if this happens with other GIFs and a little more about the environment – are you publishing the course for Web, LMS, or something else?

Welcome aboard, John! So sorry your GIF isn't working as it should. I'd love to help you get to the bottom of this!
First, what version of Storyline are you using? If it's Storyline 360, we do have an open issue where animated GIFs turn purple. Does this screenshot match the color shift you're seeing?
