Animated See Saw

I need to illustrate a balance point in one of my courses - using a see saw or set of scales - tipping first one way and then another on consecutive slides. Can I achieve this using motion animation in Storyline? I couldn't see a way of fixing a point on a line and making that the pivot point?
If anyone has done anything like this using Storyline, I'd be glad to hear about it?

I don't believe you can swing around a pivot point, It's a great idea though and one I could have used myself (perhaps feature request?). Anyway, what you can do, is make it change state, possible two or three times to give the impression on tipping. Good luck!
