Animation issue

Hi,

I am building a course. I have created a paragraph about Target Audience, and put 4 bullet points and texts in it. But when I have applied Animation, I was not able to find our the option to ANIMATION BY PARAGRAPH.

Please help.

SL2 > Animations > Effect Options - down the bottom is 'as one object' or 'by paragraph'

SL1 > Animations > Arrow under None gives the following drop down

THe problem is that, i am not getting this option in Storyline 2

In one instance, I got it, and in another slide, I am not able to get this option. Is it a BUG?
