You can trigger motion path animations with button clicks. See here for info on Entrance/Exit animations and motion path animations. And here are some examples of triggered motion path animations.
What you want to do will require using states and triggers.
1. Lay your items on a layer.
2. Assign them entrance animations as you wish.
2. Now, select (click on) one of the items (let's call it item1) you want to appear and look at the timeline bar down there, there will be a spot called "States", click that.
3. Initial state should be "Hidden".
4. Now, create and build a new trigger using these values : "Change state of item1 to normal when user clicks <something>" <=== You will need to have a zone (hotspot) or object that the user will click and upon doing that, the object will come into view using the entrance animation you have set on step 2.
