Are there any additional settings for screen reader users to be able to complete the activity with Hotspots?
It states that "Hotspots, drop-down lists, and markers are now keyboard-accessible so learners can activate them without using a mouse." When I tested it with NVDA, I tried with the Spacebar, as well as the Enter key. It didn't work and it showed as an incorrect answer even though it landed in the right spot.
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your project. It looks like you've shared the published output, but it would be best if we could take a look at the .story project file to understand how it's created.
I made a quick sample to test a hotspot, and it's working for me with NVDA.
