There are a few things we can try to rule out some common causes of errors: Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here.

If not, please let us know what you continue to experience difficulty with but as you mentioned some Powerpoint elements won't transfer to Storyline directly. You can read a bit more about that here.

done already, I just import the pages are ok. there are 3 error pages in this ppt file, just manual move to SL2.

Actually check your suggestion already before posted this. my SL2 is 1505.515. May be some PPT setting can not match SL2...Thanks Christine.
