I'm running into an issue with users using iPads with the new iOS 13.3 installed. The audio will not play past the 1st slide. However, if I go past the next slide and then come back to that slide it will play the audio. The elearning works perfect in. The course was designed in Storyline 2 and works perfectly on a MAC, PC and an iPad Pro 3 using Chrome and FireFox. Any help would be greatly appreciated! This training was to go live yesterday...
