On the second letter the line on top is overlapping. Also, sometimes it is visible in the preview but when you publish it into html5 it is not visible.
I had a few more from my team take a look at this, and we've logged it as a software bug. We'll begin looking at next steps, and I'll keep you posted on any developments. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention--I'm sorry it's been plaguing you!
This is kind of problematic. It means the only way to achieve what I'm trying to do is to use images and Engage doesn't support images, which means I'll be forced into using Storyline, which means longer development time.
I guess such is life. Thanks for your help and please do keep me updated.
Ra'essa, this may complicate things for you, so it might not be an option, but Hebrew text appears to render better when placed within a web object and embedded in the project. Take a look at the attached project.
Thanks for checking in on this issue. I'm unable to offer a timeframe for when we'll have more information to share, but once we do we'll post here in this forum discussion. I'm also sorry to hear that this issue will not allow you to purchase, and I've definitely passed that along to my team.
In case you're wondering here's more information on our process to tackle bugs.
Thanks so much again for letting us know about this, and I’m sorry it’s slowing you down.

Hi Ra'eesa,
Thanks for your post! I haven't seen any reports of this yet, so I'm glad you reached out.
Do you have a sample file you could share with me? I'd like to take a closer look. Thanks!
Hi Alyssa,
Thanks for your response.
If you put the text below into Storyline360 and preview it the marks above and below will disappear.

Sorry for the delayed response. I was unaware of your reply.

Hi Ra'eesa,
This is what I see when I preview the text. Does this look incorrect?

Alyssa, Ra'eesa is talking about the second letter from the right. The output should look more like this:

Thanks for letting me know this is happening in Engage, too. I'll be sure to update the report with that information.

Unfortunately, I don't think this will be a viable option as I'm hoping to build most of my courses in Arabic. However, thanks for the suggestion.
Ok, I hope you are able to find a solution.
Hi Alyssa,
Any updates? Just to let you know this is a big problem with html5 on mobile devices too (such as the iPad which doesn't support flash).
How soon do you think a solution will be rolled out? I'm currently on a trial but I think this will be the only barrier to making a purchase.
Kind Regards,
