I'm building quizes and would like to present information like how many question there is in the quiz. Is it possible to get this info from the question bank in some kind of system variable, or do I have to set up a custom varialbe and manually edit the value for each quiz?
The easiest way right now would be to do it manually, but eventually I will forget to make the update for a quiz with a new amount of questions.

No default system variables at this time. I suggest submitting a feature request and, in the request, providing a list of system variables you would like to see available - http://www.articulate.com/support/contact/submit.php?form=feature
It sounds like a manual approach would be the best way for you to go at this time, although I agree it's not ideal.
Thanks, I'll continue with the project and make a list of useful info that might be possible as future variables.
