Articulate 2 Software newly bought not opening

Hi,

Please help, I'm not sure what happen with my software, I haven't use it for a week, then this morning was trying to open it and its not opening/initializing.

Can someone tell me whats wrong with it. Thank you.

Hi,

Yes, I just did and it's the same, below are the problem details which I don't understand.
