ARTICULATE 3: imported PowerPoint´s audio not detected

I have a ppt file with audio voice recorded in, but when I import this file, the audio is not detected: everything is ok, except the audio.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing in your .story file when importing from PowerPoint.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your .ppt to import into Storyline 3 to see what is happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
