We found that the index_lms_html5 file doesn't work in Edge, so we made a redirection in the index_lms file to the index_lms_flash file when Edge is detected. That worked fine until last Articulate update. The problem now is that, the API.js file is not reachable . We get some errors in the console.
Do someone have any clue? Is there a fix or a workaround?
Hi there, Nicolas. Edge is a supported browser for HTML5 output in Storyline 360, whether it's hosted in an LMS or on a web server. Check out my course here, hosted on SCORM Cloud.
I'd like to understand more about what you're seeing. What happens when you try to launch HTML5-only or HTML5-first content in your LMS using Edge?
