I wonder if someone can hep me, please? The content library is not displaying some of the content. It only displays a small number of pics. When I click on load more, it loads some 'empty icons' and a very small number of pictures.
Sorry you're having trouble with the Content Library, Kathy! Have you checked that you've enabled the network endpoints as detailed here?
If you'd like to work with our Support Engineers, they can take a look at all the system settings and anything else that could interfere the Content Library images.
I would recommend allowlist all of the websites listed here to access all of the features in Articulate 360. However, for fonts, graphics, and icon assets, the article lists these websites specifically:
