I have 7 videos that I did all the CC on, audio etc. For some reason Articulate 360 is not letting me turn the compression rate off. The videos look terrible with it set at Automatic.
I can see how this is frustrating! I'm happy to help. Have you edited the videos before importing them to Storyline?
In other scenarios, I've noticed that when the compression is altered before importing, then Storyline will prohibit changing the compression. If this sounds familiar, can you eliminate the compression settings in a previous program?
