I'm facing some issue regarding articulate 360, every time when I copy any text from word file and past it on slide storyline keep crashing, but if I copy and paste text from one slide to another it works perfectly. I want to know the reason behind that I also have updated articulate 360 so please suggest me some solution. Thank you.

I have tried repair steps but still, I didn't get any solution.
it shows me this type of error and slide viewer on the left side look like this.
i have already tried to copy text from notepad but I get still this error.

Any further information regarding this issue? I experience the same when trying to paste text and have tried with powerpoint, word and notepad.
