Articulate 360 Update Error

Hi, I've been trying to run the most recent update for Articulate 360, and when I do, I get an error saying that Storyline is running, and to close it before installing Articulate 360. I've made sure Storyline is closed by going into my Task Manager and making sure that no instances of either Storyline or Articulate 360 are running. I still get the error. Any ideas? Thanks, Eric

Hi Eric,

Sorry to hear that! Before updating, I would try doing a repair of Storyline to ensure you're working with a fresh copy and there are no instances running in the background.

If you still find yourself stuck after that, reach out to one of our Support Engineers and we'll get you back up and running with the latest version!

I am having the same exact problem as Eric. I attached the error message. I responded in a separate discussion (Click on the link below) and just submitted a ticket to your Support Engineers. Any help is much appreciated.
