Articulate App forgot password

Hello

I need update the app, however my password isn't working. When I click on forgot password, I'm directed to a page that advises I need to update the app which of course I can't do. Any help appreciated.

I appreciate you reaching out so that we can help you get back up and running with your software.

  1. Close the Articulate 360 desktop app (click on the red X and then head over to the system tray. There, right-click on the Articulate logo and select Quit).
    Here's a quick video
  2. Sign out of 360.articulate.com
  3. Open the Articulate 360 desktop app and sign in. You should be re-directed to a browser:
    Articulate 360 Desktop App: Browser-Based Sign-In Experience
  4. Update the Articulate 360 Desktop App

Hello

Thank you for getting back to me, however this hasn’t worked and I’m unable to get past the app sign in. Please see below screenshots. I updated my password to try to bypass the loop but it doesn’t work on this machine. It does however work on another machine.

It looks like when replying via email, your images didn't get attached to this thread. Can you reattach those images to this discussion?

Thanks for sharing that you're able to log in while using another computer. You might try uninstalling the Articulate 360 desktop app and installing the January 2021 update or later to take advantage of the enhanced sign-in experience.
