I have a 10 question quiz that I have embedded into a RISE course. After answering each question, the learner will get a "Correct!" or "Try Again" layer. Everything works correctly in my storyline preview, but when I publish it to Review 360, layers do not work in two of my slides.
I've attached an image of my trigger settings and an example of the layout. Any suggestions or thoughts on why this might be happening?
So the layers work correctly on all but two slides? The obvious question is are the triggers the same on all?
From the image you attached it's a bit hard to say. I'm not sure why there are Results variables on question triggers (though I am sure you have a reason, maybe you are referencing a previous quiz?), but I notice the first one to show Try again references Pass.Points (so the required pass mark) and the second ScorePoints (so what the user scored). Not sure this means anything, hard to say without more context, but maybe something to look at.
For further clarification of this issue, I've attached a version of the file. Any thoughts on how to get my try again/correct! layers to show up? I'm totally stumped and have spent the better part of two days on this.
As Veronica also mentioned, I'm not sure I fully understand the conditions you set for the layers to show. I recorded a Peek 360 video (2m24s) with my suggestions and additional information.

Hi, Elizabeth.
Thank you for sharing your .story file!

I hope this helps!
