Articulate file won't load properly in our LMS

I am unable to get a course file to load in my LMS. I have tested other files, all of which work fine, there just seems to be something wrong with this particular file and I cannot figure it out. I have attached the error message I receive. I have published the SCORM file in 1.2 and 2004, neither will load properly. Older files of the same course load fine, I have also had other coworkers try and have had the same issue. Any thoughts?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if it will load there? Performing this test will help you isolate if an issue is occurring only on a specific LMS. The error message in the screenshot shows that the issue isn't likely browser related, so we suggest focusing your tests on the LMS environment. Some additional questions to help isolate the behavior:

If your course also doesn't launch in SCORM Cloud, we'll need to take a look at it to identify what's causing the behavior. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for troubleshooting? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
