Loving everything about Articulate 360, but have a quick question regarding Articulate Live.
I understand that we can sign up for the webinars through our A360 account portal, but do we have access to recordings from past sessions offered through Articulate Live? Or, is it purely a live synchronous webinar platform where we have to sign-up and attend?
Yes, but only for those webinars that you've registered for. Each webinar will be recorded and available to registered participants for 90 days. GoToWebinar will automatically email you the link for the recording two days after the live event.
It's great to have the Q&A option during current webinars. I think most of us would still really appreciate access to previous webinars, with any private information such as Q&A's removed. The content would be really helpful for us to continue our journey learning new functionality while being able to work the webinars into our time schedules.
I can certainly understand the need for having access to the recorded webinars, especially if the time is not convenient for you. It's not something that we currently have a library set up for, but I'll definitely pass it along to my team.
In the meantime, you could look at registering for webinars and then you'll receive the recorded link after the webinar regardless of your attendance.
Can I add my vote for this? I just finished a "what's new in Storyline" and they talked about things in other webinars they've already conducted (specifically about templating). There's not another one of these in the near future so I'm going to have to find other resources since I can't wait for the webinar. Would be great to just go view the video of the one that's already been recorded.
Absolutely Angie - and I'm not sure what they were talking about with the templates, but I'll ping David to confirm and then we'll find some other resources to share with you!
At this point, the Articulate Training webinars are designed to be live. As an Articulate 360 subscriber, one can sign up for any session (even if you can't attend) and you'll get a link to the archive during the webinar and follow up email. You can access any webinar from the archive.
HI - I am in Australia and the webinars are always at 1am for me. I would love to participate live but wonder if there might be some alternative timings that could be delivered?
We definitely want our friends down under to be able to participate - so I'll pass that along to David and Tom. Maybe they could organize one when they're traveling in the same time zones?
Also, you can register for the webinars and after the webinar we'll send you a link to the recording! So you'll still get access to all the information shared and you can always reach out here in ELH for questions or contact our Support team.
Hi Sharon - We'll offer more webinars in different timezones next year. This is something we've been working on for a while so you'll see more offerings early 2018.
Great - I am sure many would even have been happy to hook in if they were between the hours of 7am to 7pm so that provides flexibility at least

As someone absolutely new to Articulate - and on a 60-day trial - I do wish there was a way for me to view past recorded webinars. For example, I see there are two iterations of "Session 2: Building Quizzes" in March and April, but I wish I could get the content from Session 1 first. I understand you can't offer that option at this time, but I add my vote for the option to be added.
Hi Chris - During your trial, you can register for any webinar you want whether you can attend or not. After the webinar, we'll email you a link to the webinar recording. In that same email, you'll receive a link to previous webinar recordings.
When i signed up for the webinar I thought there was a way to view it after. So even as an 360 team license subscriber, we cannot view webinars after the fact? That seems odd especially if you attend one and want others on the team to see it. Is there a current link for those archives?
I'm trying to get a copy of a webinar I attended a while back. It was on timelines, using blocks for other actions than what they were intended for and using Vyond along side ( though could have possibly been another webinar). I know the example being used to create the timelines was something to do with beer processing. I really want to share it with my team. Can you help with the link please
I wanted to share some great news with you! We’ve completely redesigned the Articulate 360 Training page. You can now learn at your own pace with on-demand webinars and videos, and easily filter content to find just what you’re looking for.
Keep in mind; you'll need to be logged in with your Articulate ID and on a trial or valid Articulate 360 subscription to access those.

Check out the Articulate 360 FAQs for further information on this.

How do you sign up for the presentations?
Here you go Helena --> link
Hi Helena,
You'll need to be an Articulate 360 Subscriber to access that link and register for the webinars.
If you're not a subscriber yet, you may want to take a look at the Articulate 360 trial.

Hi Sharon,
Just an FYI - Looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email! No worries, this Peek video will show you how to remove it.

Hi June,
Yes. If you signed up for a webinar, you should have been provided an e-mail link to the recording.
It does take a few days post-webinar to send.
When was your webinar? I can ask the team to take a look if needed.
I finally found it Leslie! Thanks for following up with me. Have a great weekend.
Hello, June. Could you post how/where you found it? I don't have access to my old emails and have been looking for the link for days!
Thanks!
Hi Alexandra,
It sounds like June was able to track down her e-mail.
I'd be happy to help you out. Do you remember what webinar you signed up for and when it was?

Hi Haley - that sounds like one of our Rise webinars. Can you email us at training@articulate.com and we'll help you with the archives?
