I created a program and it worked when I checked everything a week ago. It works in Storyline Preview. I uploaded it to tempshare and then onto ipads. Now it is not working fully on the ipads. The triggers are working but the content is not showing up.
From the Shopping Tips (Menu > Shopping Tips) page seems to be the issue. The content is missing from some pages.. I don't know what to do and we're giving these to food pantries and corner stores to use. Please HALP!
I've republished it and it seems to be working. It worked last time though too. I need them to work offline. Is there anything I can do to ensure it won't mess up again?
Tempshare is temporary so I'd test it on your webserver to make sure it's working as you intended. From what I could tell on the republish the shopping tips page has some sort of weird select/deselect effect. Kind of like a button set. Not sure what content's supposed to show, but it didn't seem to work right.
