In terms of future operating systems and how Articulate products or published output will work, we don't have anything official to share until the OS is released and we've tested as such, so I don't have an official word on Windows 10 - but I haven't read/heard anything that would make me think it wouldn't work.
Storyline 1 files also can be opened in Storyline 2, although once you've opened it and made changes in Storyline 2, you will no longer be able to open in Storyline 1 as it's not backwards compatible. You can read a bit more about that here.
