I've published a course to HTML and during playback some users are experiencing issues with the initial playback. When they first open the Story HTML file, the audio does not work so they must click Refresh in IE. The file contains a video file created using Camtasia and audio files on each slide. Why is this happening with some users and not others? Please reply ASAP.
