articulate storyline 2 does not run

Hi ,

I am using a trial license for Articulate Storyline 2 and still 8 days to go before the license expires.

I cannot make it run this morning and it stops everytime and then closes.

Attaching the image of the issue herewith.

Any idea?

Hi Kapil,

I saw the error you've attached here and I'm thinking that it might be a computer specific issue. You can try following the steps I've listed below to try and fix the problem:

  1. Go to the control panel on your computer and uninstall Storyline.
  2. Reboot your computer.
  3. Download and install Storyline (or the trial version since you still have 8 days left) and make sure it's the latest update.
  4. Reboot your computer again and test Storyline.
